Born: Rockford, Illinois, September 17, 1998
Attorney Joiner was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He is the oldest of four children. In 2017, he graduated from Rockford Christian High School, Salutatorian. He was a multisport athlete competing on the soccer, basketball, and baseball teams. After graduation, he attended North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He achieved dual B.A. degrees in Philosophy and Psychology. While attending college, he studied abroad in Fes, Morocco. Once he completed his undergraduate degrees, he attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was inducted into Marquette’s Pro Bono Society for providing over 50 hours of legal assistance to clients in landlord/tenant, child custody, and creditor/debtor disputes. Shortly after graduation, he joined Vogel Law Firm, Ltd.
Attorney Joiner views himself as a Wisconsin convert. He greatly enjoys hiking and bike riding at Rockport Park and on the Ice Age Trail; playing disc golf at Lustig Park and Riverside Park; and reading at Peace Park. He is an active member of Redemption City Church in Rockford, Illinois.
